Journal Entry 10 June 2021
Last night the 2nd youth group from the US arrived for their South Africa and Mozambique adventure. The kids we so excited to be in Africa and experience an adventure of a lifetime. And we are thrilled to host them and show them parts of Africa in a unique way.
This morning their Covid PCR tests were completed at their hotel in Johannesburg. This we arranged with a call-out service. Further to this i want to emphasize the fact that guests can travel safely and enjoyable in this time of pandemic. The PCR tests are a mild inconvenience compared to the excitements and joys of travel.
The group is now en-route to Kruger. They will stop at Sudwala Caves on their way to Kruger Adventure Lodge in Hazyview.

We are still waiting on our insurance settlement for Covid-19 business interruption. This is a frustratingly slow and horrible process as insurers drag their feet and employ delaying tactics. Our brokers have drawn a line in the sand and demanded at least interim payments. Lets see what happens…
