Motswiri Private Safari Lodge

Motswiri Private Safari Lodge lies hidden in the bush and offers an exclusive viewing experience not found in larger lodges. Feel the tranquility of the mature trees (mostly leadwoods) near the main building and 5 luxury bush villas.
The exquisitely appointed main lodge overlooks a waterhole frequented by elephant families and other big game. Motswiri offers the option of either individual bookings or exclusive use of the lodge. The lodge is ideal for corporates and family/friend groups who do not wish to share the facilities with outsiders.
The Bush House

The staff at The Bush House prides themselves on really caring for their guests and being attentive to their needs. As an owner managed Lodge, the personal touch is an integral part of our service.
They have six ensuite rooms. Four of them have private verandahs where you can sit and relax, one overlooks the garden and waterhole with another having the soothing sounds of a water feature outside the sliding door. All of their rooms are part of the main lodge.
The rooms are tastefully furnished with percale bed linen and fluffy towels. They have air-conditoners and fans, hair dryers, coffee and tea. The bathrooms have separate baths and showers with a variety of toiletries. They offer 220v electricity, cell phone signal and free Wi-Fi.
Tau Game Lodge
… reflecting the natural surroundings and makes use of the natural resources …
Privately owned Tau Game Lodge South Africa was built in 1995 and overlooks a vast natural waterhole, which attracts a variety of game, as does the diverse vegetation that thrives in the fertile topsoil.
The main body of the Lodge is two-leveled and has a comfortable lounge, a conference room, bar and dining room which are semi open-air and overlook the waterhole.
Delicious buffet breakfasts and lunches are generally served in the main building or on the verandah next to the plunge pool and dinner is served in one of the cosy boma’s under the stars, or in the lapa next to the main lodge.
Buffalo Ridge Safari Lodge
… situated on the Tweedepoort Ridge overlooking the plains and inselbergs …
Buffalo Ridge Safari Lodge is the first wholly-owned, Community-based Safari Lodge to be developed in South Africa. The lodge is an eco-tourism partnership between North-West Parks, the Balete Ba Lekgophung Community and the operator, The Nature Workshop.
The community has a 45-year lease to operate a commercial lodge with traversing rights across the reserve. The concept is unique in South Africa as the community owns the lodge, with substantial benefits accruing back to the community itself.
Etali Safari Lodge

Everything at Etali is designed to facilitate a connection to the natural surroundings of the Madikwe Game Reserve. Each free-standing suite comes standard with private game viewing deck, splash pool and outdoor shower along with additional amenities such as air-conditioning, fireplace and wifi.
To ensure individual guest attention and privacy, Etali offers only 8 luxury suites and 2 family suites. 3 Suites have direct views of the waterhole at our main lodge. Suite 5 is wheelchair accessible and their family suites offer 2 back-to-back rooms, a large shared deck and swimming pool and a private lapa.
Rhulani Safari Lodge

Enjoy the total privacy of your own private plunge pool while you relax in the spacious luxury of your private chalet. The seven chalets at Buffalo Ridge are air-conditioned for warm summer evenings and have a Morso fireplace for the cool winter nights.All rooms are fully equipped with coffee and tea stations and a fully stocked bar fridge. The en-suite bathrooms have an oval bath, twin basins, indoor and outdoor showers.
The two-bedroom luxury family suite has two en-suite bedrooms, with outdoor showers. All the rooms lead onto a private deck with plunge pool. The bedrooms have air-conditioning and Morso fireplaces. The extra-large bedrooms can accommodate two comfortable stretcher beds for children. The sofas in the lounge can also be converted into two single beds.
