Day by Day Itinerary for 4 Day Maasai Mara Mid-range Safari

Day 1:  Maasai Mara Game Reserve

Pick up at the Nairobi airport or hotel and drive to Masai Mara Game Reserve. En-route enjoy scenic views of  the Great Rift Valley. This region is home to the Maasai people, their cattle and their culture. You arrive at camp in time  for lunch.

In the afternoon you will go on a riveting game drive. Expect to see an unbelievable amount of wildlife.

Dinner and overnight at  Camp (FB)

Day 2: Maasai Mara Activities

Morning breakfast at the tented camp after which you will head out with your picnic lunch boxes and spend the full day in the reserve as you explore and experience nature in its raw form. 

The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe: over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephant.

Day 3: Maasai Mara Activities

Full day will be spent in Mara with morning and afternoon game drives.

A visit to a Masaai village can also be arranged.

Day 4: Return to Nairobi

Enjoy breakfast before checkout. Exit game drive and packed lunch en-route to Nairobi arriving in the afternoon where your safari ends with drop off at your Nairobi Hotel or at the airport.  Sadly, this is the last day of your beautiful East African safari
