Day by Day Itinerary for Kruger Balule Camping Safari

Day 1: Johannesburg to Kruger

We provide door-to-door pick-ups in Johannesburg. We’ll drive in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle via the Highveld farmlands to the scenic Lowveld on our way to Tremisana in Greater Kruger. Along the way, we stop for lunch in a quaint village.

After arriving your luggage will be taken to the campsite, you will transfer to an open Game viewer for a Sunset Drive. After dark, spotlights are used to locate nocturnal animals. After your game drive enjoy a delicious Bush BQQ dinner.

After Bush BQQ you will be dropped off and escorted to your tent and shown where the ablutions and tea/coffee station are located.

Day 2: Kruger National Park

You will be collected along with your luggage and taken to Tremisana for breakfast. After breakfast, you’ll travel in the open-sided Game viewer to the Orpen Gate of Kruger.  After gate formalities you will embark on a morning game drive in Kruger Park.

The added elevation and absence of windows allow for excellent viewing and photographic opportunities. Your qualified guide will show you various animals, large and small, that frequent this outstanding wildlife paradise. This zone of Kruger has the highest percentage population of giraffe, zebra and antelope that attract numerous lions and other predators.

After morning game drive you can enjoy lunch at one of the rest camps. (own account).

We continue with afternoon game drive in Kruger Park.

Late afternoon you will return to your tented camp.

Dinner and overnight at the tented camp.

Day 3: Return to Johannesburg

This morning you will go an exciting bush walk with armed ranger.  You then return to camp where you can enjoy a hearty breakfast..

After breakfast we leave Kruger behind and drive to the Three Rondawels of the Blyde River Canyon where you can take-in the beautiful scenery.

We continue back to Johannesburg and stop over at Dullstroom for lunch.

Drop off in Johannesburg by arrangement. Drop off time 5 pm - 6 pm.
