Tour Itinerary (Times are approximate)

Itinerary for the 3 Day Dinokeng Wildlife Safari

Day 1

You will be collected mid‑morning from Johannesburg or surrounding areas, with pickup scheduled for around 11:00. From there, we travel to Dinokeng Game Reserve, located just 1.5 hours from Johannesburg. Upon arrival, you will check in at your lodge.

Once settled, take some time to freshen up and explore the lodge before heading out on a 2.5‑hour sunset game drive in an open safari vehicle. Look forward to sightings of some of the Big Five, along with a variety of general game and birdlife.

After your exhilarating sunset drive, return to the lodge for dinner and a relaxing evening. Enjoy drinks at the bar, a delicious meal, and optional social activities before retiring for the night.

Overnight in your well‑appointed room.

Day 2

This morning, choose between two safari activities. Start your day with coffee and biscuits before departing on an exciting sunrise game drive or an optional bush walk (subject to availability and a small surcharge).

After your morning activity, return to camp for a hearty breakfast, followed by some leisure time to relax before the afternoon program.

In the afternoon, enjoy another open‑vehicle game drive or opt for a peaceful sunset boat cruise.

Later, return to the lodge to freshen up and unwind with drinks at the bar before dinner.

Overnight in your well‑appointed room.

Day 3

Begin your final morning with coffee and biscuits before heading out on an early open‑vehicle game drive.

After your sunrise safari, enjoy a hearty breakfast before checking out of the lodge. We then depart Dinokeng Game Reserve and make our way back to Johannesburg.

Drop‑off will take place in the early afternoon, as arranged.
