Day by Day Itinerary for 7 Day Swaziland Exclusive Safari Expedition
Day 1: Johannesburg to Kruger
You will be picked up at the OR Tambo airport in Johannesburg or any surrounding establishment but your personal and dedicated guide for the duration of your Safari. Before departure, you will be given all details on your trip and your itinerary discussed in more detail.
You travel East passing picturesque landscapes and farmlands on route to our lodge near Kruger. There will be comfort stops en route. You will also be able to buy snacks and refreshments during these comfort stops. ETA in Hazyview is around 1 pm.
After check in you will have time relax and freshen up before boarding an open sided landcruiser for an exciting 2 – 2.5 hour sunset game drive in Kruger National Park. The lodge is about 15 – 20 minutes drive from the Phabeni Kruger Gate.
After your safari game drive you return to the lodge where you can unwind, have drinks and relax.
Dinner & Overnight.
Day 2: Kruger National Park – open vehicle game drives
This morning you will enjoy coffee/tea and rusks before departing on full day of game viewing in the Kruger National Park (Skukuza area). A Packed breakfast is included. Game drives are in small groups in specially modified open sided land cruisers.
The Skukuza area is rich in wildlife and the elevated height of the 4×4 open sided vehicle makes for excellent viewing and photographic opportunities. You’ll enjoy lunch at one of the park’s restaurants. (own account). After lunch we start the afternoon game drive in the Kruger National Park.
During these game drives, you’ll see a wide variety of wildlife and have plenty of photographic opportunities. After our tour, we’ll make our way to back to our lodge or camp.
Dinner & Overnight.
Day 3: Kruger to Swaziland
After breakfast you will be transferred to the Hlane National Park, crossing the border into Swaziland. After you sunset Safari you will spend the night at your luxury accommodation.
Day 4: Swaziland to Hluluwe/Imfolozi
After breakfast you will do a morning Safari before making your way to the iconic Hluluwe/Imfolozi Game reserve, crossing the border back into South Africa on your route.
Day 5: Safari activities in the Hluluwe/Imfolozi Game Reserve
A full day of spectacular Safari activities within the Hluluwe and Imfolozi Game Reserves.
Day 6: Zulu Nyala Game Reserve
You spend the evening in the Zulu Nyala game reserve including all Safari activities.
Day 7: Zulu Nyala to King Shaka airport
After breakfast you will be transferred to the King Shaka international Airport in Kwazulu Natal.
